Cookie Pops



Presenting our newest creative way to use English Bay Batter cookie dough.
Simply take our convenient pre-portioned cookie dough pucks, insert stick, bake and voila! You have fun and easy cookie pops.



  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Insert lollipop or popsicle stick into edge of slightly thawed cookie dough portion* until approx. 1/3 of stick is inserted in the dough.
  3. Place dough on parchment lined baking sheet. Be sure to leave approx. 2 inches between each cookie and stick to ensure they do not spread into each other while backing.
  4. Bake in centre of oven for 20-22 minutes, until edges appear dry and golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool 15 minutes on baking tray and then move to wire rack to finish cooling.
  6. Once completely cool store in airtight container.


  • Drizzle with melted dark and/or white chocolate.
  • Dip half the cookie in melted dark or white chocolate and decorate with festive or themed brightly coloured sprinkles.
  • Use your cookie as a canvas and draw with food colour markers or icing pens.
  • Personalize the cookie pops to make gift tags or place cards.
  • Arrange in containers and use as a unique centerpiece.
